We are working hard to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to sustain operations during this unprecedented situation. We may be working differently, but we are committed to supporting our customers and overcoming the challenges we face. These are some of the measures we are taking:
Business Continuity
We have enabled our staff to work from home and put in place systems to enable virtual office working, so that we can continue to provide support to our customers. You won’t see any change in our business hours and we’ll respond to your enquiries through our usual channels – by phone, email or social messaging.
Service Customers
If you have a service contract with us, we’ll be contacting you with information about how we plan to fulfil our service visits. With many of our customers’ labs closed down or running with skeleton staffing, and restrictions on visitors to site, we know that our engineers cannot be on hand as normal. However, we can support you by phone to provide advice and support should you need us.
If you have an instrument breakdown or fault, call us and we can arrange for an engineer to call you and diagnose the problem remotely, offering guidance on troubleshooting and minor repairs where appropriate. We’ll do all we can to keep your lab running.
